This piece, “An Otter Kiss Before I Go” will always hold a special place in my heart.
It was my first piece to ever be juried into a gallery in Laguna Beach.
I loved visiting it in the gallery so much that Laguna trips became a tradition.
Drive down with a friend, visit the gallery and a beloved Russian Nesting Doll store nextdoor, then head over to South of Nick’s restaurant for amazing Mexican food, with a view of the ocean. Then wander among the galleries and shops before ending up at Dolce’s Gelato for a new flavor every time.
I recently made a hoodie sweatshirt that lets the others kiss as you zip. I love it!
